Free shipping for orders of €60 or more to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For Ceuta and the Canary Islands, the standard shipping rate is always €9.95. For Melilla, it will be €14.95.

Delivery times are always subject to the conditions of the respective carrier and product availability. For shipments within mainland Spain, delivery will take 24-48 hours (business days) from order confirmation. This period may be longer during sales, Black Friday, or special promotions.

Shipping costs within the EU are €9.95. In this case, deliveries will take between 3 and 5 business days from the confirmation of the order shipment.

You can make your purchases and pay by credit card (secure website), Bizum to the number +34 644 557 420, or bank transfer to account number ES40 0081 7310 6000 0268 3570 (ANDESITES S.L.). Orders paid by bank transfer will remain active for 5 days and will be canceled if payment is not received within this period.

If the product you request is out of stock, our web sales team will contact you to offer an alternative. Low-turnover items may not be available at certain times. If the delivery delay exceeds your expectations, you may request cancellation and a refund.

Products may undergo appearance changes without prior notice from the manufacturer or distributor, so photos may not always match the final design. We adhere to the features provided by the manufacturer or distributor but cannot guarantee the item will look exactly as shown in the photos.

Costs for changes to the delivery address after the order has been shipped or for second addresses not specified will be borne by the customer.

If the chosen item is not to your liking, we will have no objection to exchanging or returning it. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to ensure refund payment.

Always keep the original product packaging and purchase receipt. Returns will be accepted only within 15 days from the purchase date. Please note that only the cost of the items will be refunded, not shipping fees if applicable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will be the same as the standard shipping rate.

Once received at our facilities and after verifying the return conditions are met, the product amount will be refunded using the same payment method used.
